See things differently.

Happy Friday, Reader
There’s more information about neurodiversity than ever, and not all of it is actually information. Quizzes, memes and a flood of courses can leave us wondering what to trust, or what to pay for.
This week’s lens is a filter. It's about awareness over information. Before you invest in a training, course or book, ask yourself:
- Are neurodivergent voices included as authors, quoted experts or contributors of lived experience?
- Is it neuro-affirming? Inclusive? Othering? Does it focus on strengths and support rather than treatments, cures or fixes?
- Is it accessible? Flexible? Can you engage with it easily?
For a more complete list, check out the full article (adapted from Lens Not Label) or download our Find Good Resources Checklist:
We apply the same questions to our own book. What would you add? Hit reply and let us know!
Now onto this week's book updates…

- The second draft of Uncontained is with the beta readers until Monday. This weekend your last chance to read it and feedback, reply if that interests you.

We hope this week's lens gives you a better way to find good signal in all the noise. Let us know what you think (and what you find).
Choosing carefully, Kim
